Super Flu? More Like Super Hype Sun Dec 14, 2025 13:05 | Dr David Livermore
Present case numbers for the ?K? variant Super-Flu don't justify the hype, says Dr David Livermore. Perhaps it's the media lust for fear porn, or perhaps the Government's fear of the strike, but it's not a Super-crisis.

where are they showing this in ireland it is the first i have heard of it so far
Yes, saw the movie last week and I found it quite interesting and easy to watch... Thought the six week challange was a great idea to show how easy is to switch to a vegan diet and the positive implications on every level, starting with respecting other lives, to the environment and to their health which improved significantly. I also liked the fact that you can go onto the website www.getvegucated.com and follow how Brian, Tesla and Ellen are now doing...
Actually yes, there is a free screening in Trinity College this coming Tuesday, 20 March at 7pm
There is a fb link that should have all the details http://www.facebook.com/events/367071379991165/
Hope this helps..
This documentary is being shown in Dublin for the first time on tuesday the 20th this month . Location is room 3074 in the Arts building at Trinity college - the screening starts at 7 an there will be a panel of speakers from various animal rights groups to answer questions an engage in discussion with the audience after the movie itself .
The screening is being held by Vegan Ireland and Trinity College Animal Rights . Speakers include Bernie Wright from Alliance for Animal Rights and Dr Roger Yates from Vegan Ireland .
Itll be a realy interesting night so please spread the word - if ur not vegan u need to see this movie !! ( and even if u are its stil interesting !)
Wow thanks for the info
I really want to see a documentary about veganism, with facts and figures.
I have been thinking about switching and just need some info. This movie is quite dear online,
Do I need to book or I just turn up?
I think it's better to confirm your attendance on facebook so that organizers have an idea as to how many people to expect...
Even though I've already seen it I'm going again with some friends 'cause I really wanna hear the speakers...
I am looking forward to seeing the film. Some of my friends are going to come along too. Having seen the very uplifting effects that being vegan has had on me they are interested in exploring further.
Dont you think vegan is too extreme? Ireland isnt ready for vegan, we are a dairy country. Why didnt they get meat eaters to go vegetarian for 6 weeks and then Irish people will not be scared off!!
Hi Mother Hen,
do you think being vegan is too extreme? To be honest I don't... I think it's a philosophy that respect each and every sentient being. I've been vegan for nearly two years now, best decision I ever made in my entire life. Haven't met one single person that has regretted going vegan
Same here guys,
Went vegan over 2 years ago. Love the diet. Feel great. So happy my diet does not harm animals. All dairy cows are eventually slaughtered for meat, usually after only a few years of life, when their true lifespan is around 25 years.
Fantastic array of tasty vegan versions of meat and dairy products now widely available in health and wholefood shops.
I am gutted I wont see this showing. I havent seen it yet but I have heard that it's turning carnivores so that's all good in my book.
I've been vegan for about 16 months now and I have to say I love it.
