Sexuality, Disability and Relationship Conference, Saturday, October 11th, Holiday Inn, Pearse Street, Dublin. Organised by the Forum of People with Disabilities.

I got this via a patient's group and thought some here might be interested in attending.
Orla

Dear All,
Please find attached a booking form and leaflet for the upcoming Sexuality Disability and Relationship Conference (SDR 2003) which is taking place on Saturday October the 11th in the Holiday Inn on Pearse st.

The Conference is primarily for disabled people. It aims to celebrate and explore sexuality for people with disabilities and help identify any
barriers to this. The conference will take a broad look at sexuality examining a variety of topics including sex education, gender, parenting and rights. Sexuality is one aspect of disabled people's lives which is often ignored, it is however, an aspect which requires changes in education, attitudes, services and the law. It is hoped that this conference can provide an opportunity for people with disabilities to discuss issues around sexuality in a relaxed and open way.

I would appreciate if organisations could pass this booking form on to any of their members they may feel would be interested. Booking forms should be returned as soon as possible to the Forum of People with Disabilities. For further information, you can contact the Forum at:
