We only have to look at the recent death of President Chavez who died of cancer and who stated many times while he was ill that he had no doubt that some kind of biological agent was used against him and was designed to cause his cancer.
Russia as we know is the only country who is holding back the full global onslaught of the neo-liberal agenda worldwide and backed by a truly massive intelligence and spying apparatus as recently revealed by the NSA whistle blower Edward Snowden although there were earlier whistle blowers such as William Binny who revealed pretty much the same.
